Remove browser cache

    Hi,
    Here is my stack :

    1. A WordPress website online (dev.mydomain.com)
    2. A static website online (mydomain.com) generated by dev.mydomain.com with Simply Static plugin

    When I generate my website from WP website to static website, how can I remove cache on the static website ? Actually, when I generate static files, I have to force cache browser to see my modifications.

    Hey @gaet,

    thanks for reaching out.

    That isn’t covered by Simply Static, but you could work with a timestamp for your CSS/JS file to avoid that.

    I think the main problem here is that this would avoid caching at all for these files (and would make the website slower).

    You can do that with plugins like Autooptimize.
