Would it also be possible to add a header and footer to each page that could include the date and time the page was printed and the page number if it is multiple pages?

For page number, I don’t think it is possible.

Sorry to resurrect an old post. I was just wondering if it would be possible to make this setting permanent maybe by adding it to the styles.css so it isn’t reset when an update happens?
