Remove /blog/

I have activated multisite on my website and have added a site. My main site got this “/blog/” added between my-domain.com and my different posts. I guess this is to prevent URL conflicts but i don’t need that on this site. And all linking from other sites are now pointing wrong witch is the worst thing about this. Is there a way to remove this?
