Remove Block / Block Type

Sure, the easiest way you can do this is by opening any Gutenberg page and clicking on the 3 dots in the upper right corner: https://i.imgur.com/oqsZNAx.png

Once a Preferences popup appears, click the Blocks section and you will be able to choose which block you want to use and disable ones that are not needed: https://i.imgur.com/RQgFU4I.png
