Hi,
I added a video to my product page here: https://bacanaskincare.com/shop/anti-age-serum/bakuchiol-oil-serum/ . In the thumbnail, the image is full screen, which is what I want. However once the visitor plays the video, it comes within a black frame, which reduces the size of the video. How can I get rid of the black frame?
I tried with other video instead of this one and the problem is still occurring.

thanks for your message.
In youtube the video, it doesn’t show the top and bottom black bars. I tried with other format video and this still occurs.

could you please advise what format/size of video shall I use ?

The top bottom space is base on video height, so you can customize video height using this CSS.
