Remove author and tags

You seem to have removed it but not completely.To Remove it, go to Appearance > Customize > Additional CSS and paste the below CSS code

I want to not show date, author, tags from everywhere.

I use the Asset cleanup plugin. Is it possible to erase css when I delete css cache?

Here is the CSS code. But it is better to do by upgrading to the premium version. You can do everything with the premium version.
