Remove article feed from main page?

    I want to make my landing page a static article / webpage. Currently it contains a feed of the most recent articles. I want to change that to a featured products page.

    fyi, my site provides a review of healthy habits and products.

    How can I do this?

    Actually to be more specific. I’d like to have only one of the categories feed on the main page…. and only one article be displayed at a time. Is this possible?
