Why do all my category links have ‘archive’ appended to them. I just created a category “specials” and when I share the link on facebook it says “specials archive”. How do I remove that word?

    Hi @jglazer63,

I understand that you’re sharing on Facebook a product category called “specials”. Please note that WooCommerce core does not have a built-in function to share product categories on Facebook, so this is something added by your theme or a plugin.

If you already know which tool is adding that feature, it is best to get in touch with the tool developer and ask them how you can remove the archive wording from it.

If you’re not sure which tool is responsible for that, you can do a conflict test by deactivating all plugins except WooCommerce and switching to a default theme like Storefront. Reactivate the theme first and check if you see that function. Then, go on and reactivate your other plugins one by one, testing after each, until you find the one.

    Cheers.
