Remove anchor links from excerpt

Hi. I’ve just posted here:

You’ll see I include anchor links up front. The trouble is, these get displayed in the excerpt at:
https://hi-project.org/blog/

What’s the best way to not show anchor links in the excerpt, while leaving other links unaffected?
