Remove all rss junk

    Since we dont need blog – please can this plug in remove all the rss and emoji crap too ?

    Apologies for the delayed response, I didn’t get any email notice on this post. What “rss and emoji” crap would you like to remove specifically?

    You can use emojis on pages just as well as posts and isn’t really blog-specific, so I don’t see that being a feature of this plugin at the moment. Here’s a plugin that does it and is well reviewed (I haven’t used it myself).

    In terms of RSS, feeds are disabled with Disable Blog, unless there are custom post types supporting them. If that isn’t working for you, let me know – that might be a bug to squash. Also, be sure you’re using the most up-to-date version of WordPress and Disable Blog. Here’s a walkthrough on disabling feeds, as well, if that’s helpful.
