Remove ads from post content in a specific post

    Hi
    I’d like to know how to remove ads in a content of a post.
    If I set the option “Disable ads on this page” all the ads (ex: sidebar, footer etc) disappear on the page
    I would like that only the ads or group in the content of the post (top, middle, bottom) disappear.
    Is that possible?

    PS: Ads positioning on the post is globally managed by the theme
