Remove Ads from certain posts and its attachments

  • Hi,

    I want to remove ads from certain posts and attachments(images) uploaded to that post/page.

    I knew ads could be removed from entire category but i just want it to remove from few posts. What can be used as per me,

    1. create new category, but will that remove the ads from attachment/images as well ?
    2. use conditional tag.

    I have tested with tags but it is not removing ads from attachment page.

    So what should be done ?

    Note: I use attachment page template to display large images.

  • WordPress does not add an ads to Posts or attachments by default. Are you using a plugin for this?

    WP not adding any ads on my post/attachments.

    I am using adsense and want to remove adsense from certain posts.
    I also use adsense code on attachment page, so i want to remove ads from that particular post and attachment if there are attachments added to that posts.

    This kind of functionality might be available in some of the adsense plugins.

    I am able to remove ads from single post page but problem is with attachments.

    No idea how to remove ads from those attachments which are attached to parent posts.

    Example :
    Post 1, it has 3 attachments.
    Now what i want is remove ads from post 1 and all the 3 attachments.

    Well, how are you adding the ads in the first place?

    ads inserted into themes/index.php & sidebar.php and attachment.php

    I am able to remove ads from particular post using category filter, but want to remove the ads from attachments from the same page.

    remove the ads codes from attachment.php

    that will remove ads from all the attachments, i want to remove it from certain attachments not all.
