Remove Admin from Membership Directory

  • My two Admin/Administrators are showing in the membership directory on the frontend and I cannot remove them. I have Member only in the User roles to display in the directory but they still appear. I have deactivated all plugins to see if there were any conflicts but there aren’t.

    Hi @kimthurlow,

    Have you tried to check your member directory using member user role and not the admin and see if you admin users will be hidden.

    I have:

    1. Member (only) selected in the Membership Directory
    2. Admin user is Administrator in WP and community role Admin
    3. Member Users can only view Member roles in Profile Access

    But, members can see Admin and Members in the Membership Directory. I’m stumped!
