Remove additional description

Hello,

It looks like the additional Shipping & Delivery tab is part of your theme or another plugin. You can identify it by switching your theme to Storefront or turning off/on plugins one by one. Once identified, contact the developer of the theme/plugin about how to disable the additional tab.
