remove "add new" menù entry

    hello i need to remove the “add new” menu entry for subscriber users.
    I have created some users as subscribers, and at the bottom of every article, inside the editor tab box i select which user can modify every single article. My problem is i don’t want ANY user to be able to add new articles. Thanks

    Turn on Roles > Options > Features > Content Maintenance > “Require create_posts capability”

    Then use a WP role editor such as Capability Manager Enhanced to assign the create_posts, create_pages, etc. capabilities to any roles that need it.
