Remove a time from schedule

    I have the opening hours set for 7 days a week from 11:30am to 10:30pm and at 15 minute intervals.

    Is it possible to remove say the 7:30pm & 7:45pm times from the time options on the form?

    Thanks for the kind words. You can’t remove specific times in a schedule. However, you can create two scheduling rules to account for the before and after.

    So in your case, you’d create a rule that was 11:30am to 7:15pm. Then create a second rule from 8:00pm to 10:30pm. Then you should see the 7:30pm and 7:45pm times disabled.
