    Hallo! I’ve installed the Messenger (Facebook) Plugin on my website, but I don’t know why it appears with a red line / row. Anyone knows how I remove it? I think is my website problem not the plugin.

    You can see the line / row here (I marked in green)

    @whitsey Hallo, hope you are fine? Can you check again, please? It appears to me in the chrome and firefox.

    Regards,

    Irina

    Still no red.
    Checked in Firefox as well and it is the same.

    Have you tried incognito mode? Might be a caching issue. Check Incognito, not logged in

    Hello,

    @irinasopas
    Try below CSS code into your stylesheet. It works see here.
    .fb-customerchat.fb_invisible_flow.fb_iframe_widget iframe{display: none;}

    Thanks!

    @aimsinfosofts Thank you so much it worked.

    You know how I can move up the messenger icon so it doesn’t overlap with the scroll top icon?

    @aimsinfosofts sorry I tested it, the line disappears but the chat does not open with that code. So Im using .fb-customerchat.fb_invisible_flow.fb_iframe_widget iframe {
    border: none !important;
    }
