Remove a menu and remove space

Couple of questions as I wasn’t able to succeed with them by myself. I was hoping that some of you might be able to help me out on my website: https://www.purejuice.nl

Couple of issues:

– Mainpage: I would like to remove the category menu – “shop by category menu” just above the banner.

– Over ons page: I would like to have no blanc area above, but the page should start directly without any space.
