Actually, that’s not the only way to do it, nor is it a very efficient way to do it. If you’re going to use CSS then use the display: none attribute instead as that is much better. However, a better way to do things would be to do it programmatically by using the ssp_episode_meta_details filter as explained in the documentation: https://www.seriouslysimplepodcasting.com/documentation/customising-the-audio-player-and-episode-details/

Custom CSS support like that is well outside the scope of this free support channel, but the best way would be to use the margin CSS property.

I don’t know what you mean exactly by the ‘podcast colour’, but you if you read the documentation you will see I also have a plugin that allows you to change the colours of the media player: https://www.seriouslysimplepodcasting.com/documentation/customising-the-audio-player-and-episode-details/

But basically anything is possible as long as you know the correct CSS for it. I don’t have the time to offer support like that on here though as this is (and will always be) a free plugin that is a labour of love on my part ??
