remove 2FA on certain users

    hi there,

    Is there a way to remove 2FA on a user who has lost access to their token? I have an account which i don’t have the token for anymore but have another admin account. I can’t find where i can diable it for a certain user.

    Hi @nlagalle

    You may disable the 2FA from WP Security > Settings > Two Factory Authentication > Uncheck the user role as per below image.

    Then try login with user it will not prompt for the OTP. you may scan the QR code on a new device or disable for that user 2FA.

    Then Re – enable for that role 2FA again
