removal of bottom text and top wordpress bar also dissapear

    hi, their is a text on the bottom left of my site that is (WordPress Theme, Square by HashThemes) i want to remove it and add the name of my own site like if someone click it, it should open my website homepage again, i tried it myself but failed to fix it also i need help about the top bar on the site that dissapear i need to know about its reason and fix it please guide me and i am not a developer so explain it easily so that i can do it on my own.
