Removal of black box on top

    Hi, Under Appearance/Customize/Site Identity, one can uncheck “Display Site Title and Tagline”. My expectation is that the black box centred within the header photo holding this text should then disappear. However it is still there (nothing changes). Is this not a bug ? Regards, Niels brandt
