Remote ID for parent order not found.

    After the recent update, when we try to do refunds on orders, the message keeps appearing “Remote ID for parent order not found.” and the refund is not processed.

    There are no options to disable this feature. This is an urgent matter, could you please assist?

    WARNING – refunds ARE going through, it’s wordpress/woocommerce that are not updating the order.
    Just refunded a customer twice – Thanks Facebook }:(

    Same here, almost refunded a customer 3 times today… fortunately Stripe saved us.

    Deactivated the plugin and the error has disappeared.

    I saw this problem on my websites too. Just Facebook has released an update for plugin “Facebook for WooCommerce” that solves that issue, at least for me.

    Can confirm the new 2.1.3 update fixes the issue…

    Boy Skyverge is really crushing it this week, took down our entire site for 8 hours in the middle of the night on Tuesday after an automatic update to version 2.1.0 and now broke Woocommerce’s refund functionality with 2.1.2.

    Halloween must have come early there!
