Remote fetch failed

    Hello,
    I need to restore my website.
    However, when i follow the process, it is not working. indeed, i have a error message which is : Remote fetch failed Pas de copie locale.

    The save is in my Google Drive and on my computer. How can I restore my website using the save in my Google Drive ?

    Hi,

    You can download the backup files directly from Google Drive and then upload them manually in the “Backup/Restore” tab by clicking on the “Upload backup files” link or use FTP and upload the fiels to the “wp-content/updraft” folder.

    I have the same problem as described in the first post. My site is corrupted and blocked by anti-virus apps. I have successfully logged into my admin and attempted to restore a backup that I believe to be good. Unfortunately, the program got hung up trying to upload the backup from wherever it is stored.

    I then successfully uploaded the backup files from my Dropbox storage. They appear on the “existing backups” page as having been uploaded. Now what do I do? I do not see any button that will start the restoration process using these uploaded files.

    Hi Bob,

    Sorry for the late reply.

    Try clicking on the “Rescan local storage” link to refresh your backup list. Do you still not see the button on the right portion of the backup?

    I am getting the “Remote fetch failed no local copy present” error. I see the files in my dropbox but when I click restore it keeps telling me remote fetch failed. Any thought on why that is happening?

    Hi! I have the same problem, but it only occurs with the themes folder. Is there something we can do?
