Remote authentication failed: User is invalid: External has already been taken.

  • I’ve setup the plugin, as well as a Zendesk account, domain, etc.

    The whole Single Sign On works perfectly for users to the website, however it does NOT work when the admin account tries to login.

    Return to website dashboard

    Does anyone know what I can try?
