• every time i try to edit admin roles etc. your plugin name comes up but I don’t have it installed anymore. How to delete? I saw other users complaining about the same problem, you offered a solution which didn’t work, yet closed the issue as “solved”.

There is no advanced option in Zephyr > Settings. Can you design a plugin that actually stops bothering users after uninstallation? Can you make it easier rather than making users jump through hoops?

Please be more clear, where is the advanced option????

    Hi there,

Thank you for the response and feedback, I appreciate it.

I have created a small custom plugin for you to remove all the Zephyr roles as this will be a lot easier and will only require you to install the plugin and then activate it.

Could I kindly ask you to:
    1. Download the zipped file from this link:
    https://drive.google.com/file/d/1anVtW3aIxIeI0nQjgPM7HMmycmnZ_Vh0/view?usp=sharing

    2. On your website (with Zephyr uninstalled), navigate to Plugins > Add New > Upload and select the zipped file downloaded in step 1.

    3. Activate it. Once activated, please confirm that the roles are removed as expected.

    4. Once done you can deactivate and uninstall it.

Thanks for your feedback and I will definitely make changes for this. The method currently added (the button in the settings) was added as a lot of people asked that user roles not be removed on uninstallation so I added a button to delete this instead, but I will add a new setting (unchecked by default) that will automatically remove the roles and data when uninstalled.

Thanks again for your time and please let me know if this works as expected.

    Best regards,
    Dylan
