    Hi

    A customer has received a 3 day subscription renewal notice today, despite her next payment being in February.

    Can you please advise?

We recently released the latest version of the plugin, and during testing, we found that the plugin’s functionality was flawless. However, our team is currently investigating the issue, and I will keep you updated once they provide further information on the situation.

    In the meantime, could you please confirm if you are running the latest version of the plugin? If not, please update the plugin to the latest version. Additionally, it would be helpful if you could perform a manual sync from your end via the plugin settings. This will ensure that the database of our plugin only includes active subscriptions. Also, please verify that the user does not have any other subscriptions on your site.

    Hi, Thanks for this. I have done the manual sync now. Please let me know if you have any update following the investigation. We are up to date.

    We have tested our latest version of the Renewal Reminders plugin and confirmed that the plugin is not sending renewal reminder emails to customers before the notification date set on the backend. We suspect that the issue on your end may be due to a database synchronization problem with our plugin.

    To ensure that the database is synced correctly with the latest active subscriptions, we recommend performing a manual sync from your end through the plugin settings. If you encounter any issues with renewal reminder emails, please initiate a manual sync. Additionally, if you make any changes to the plugin settings, please perform a manual sync from your side to ensure that all data is up to date in the database.
