In the meantime, could you please confirm if you are running the latest version of the plugin? If not, please update the plugin to the latest version. Additionally, it would be helpful if you could perform a manual sync from your end via the plugin settings. This will ensure that the database of our plugin only includes active subscriptions. Also, please verify that the user does not have any other subscriptions on your site.
