    The reminders have sent out to a customer who had cancelled their subscription.

    This customer had cancelled their subscription from 16th june 2023 yest received the above email in august.

    Please advise.

    I am sorry to hear that the Renewal Reminder plugin sent a reminder email to a canceled subscription. We recently released the latest version of the plugin, and during testing, we found that the plugin’s functionality was flawless. Nonetheless, our team is currently investigating the issue, and I will keep you updated once they provide an update on the situation.

    In the meantime, could you please confirm if you are running the latest version of the plugin? If not, please update the plugin to the latest version. Additionally, it would be helpful if you could perform a manual sync from your end via the plugin settings. This will ensure that the database of our plugin only includes active subscriptions.

    We have tested our latest version of the Renewal Reminders plugin and confirmed that the plugin is not sending any renewal reminder emails to canceled subscriptions. We tested and confirmed that the plugin will not send any renewal reminder emails to subscriptions with statuses such as canceled, expired, pending-cancel, and on-hold. Our plugin is only sending renewal reminder emails to active subscriptions.

    In your case, we believe the issue occurred because the canceled subscription ID was not removed from our Renewal Reminders plugin database. To synchronize the database with the latest active subscriptions, you will need to perform a manual sync from your end via the plugin settings. If you are facing any issues with renewal reminder emails, please initiate a manual sync. Additionally, if you make any changes to the plugin settings, please perform a manual sync from your side to ensure that all data are up to date in the database.
