reminders not sent

    Hi, I’ve set the plugin to send reminder 14 days before subscription renewal.
    None of the reminders are sent.
    In the log there are no e-mails sent nor failed
    seems it just does not get triggered

    We apologize for the inconvenience caused. Thanks for reporting!

    The email sending function had a bug.

    A new version has been released that fixes the error (v1.0.3).

    Please update to the latest version soon!

    Hi, sorry to bother you again, but I have updated the plugin, and the reminders are still not sent…

    Hi @vantuykomn

    We have investigated the issue further and we could not replicate the issue. The email notification is successfully sending to the recipients.

    We recommended deactivating the Subscriptions Renewal Reminders plugin and activate it again(*Note: No need to delete the plugin) and also please confirm the corn job is working on your site.
