Reminders are not scheduled sporadically

    Hello,

    we have a problem with reminders scheduling. Sometimes it is scheduled, but most of the time it is not. We checked Cron jobs with hosting provider and according to them everything is OK on the server side.

    Can you help us please?

    If the issue turns out to be due to WP Cron, unfortunately, there is not much we can do from our side because we do not manage your web server.
