    Hi,

    I would like to send an email with a reminder to my clients, one day before the booking. How can I do this, please ? What should I put in “Send reminders to customers in X days” ?

    And can I send different reminders, one per service ?

    You need to set 1 in the option Send reminders to customers in X days.

    Yes, you can create different templates on the Email templates page and set them in the Remind notification template of the service settings.
