REminders

    I would like to know if there is a way to send a reminder one day before the appointment.

  • I cannot find where to start a new topic, so I will ask it here.

    When someone sets an appointment, wouldnt the worker or admin get an email informing that a new appointment has been requested? If so, why would that not be working for us?

    Is It possible to send a reminder to a customer before the appointment? The real issue is that many people tends to forget the appointment.
