Reminder SMS Not Working

  • Hi there,

    SMS notification on new bookings sends successfully, but the reminder SMS does not.

    I have positive credit on my Twilio account, but do not see the reminder SMS being triggered in the SMS logs.

    Any idea as to why this could be? Possible solutions?
