Reminder notifications

    Hi

    we are looking for a form system that will allow visitors to our site to complete a form, which based on the date they enter in the form, would then send them a reminder within one year of that date in form, as a ‘reminder to renew their fire risk certificates’

    This is purely a reminder/notification email.

    These timed notifications would be within one year, but also 48 weeks and 50 weeks after the ‘date entered on the form’

    I suspect I will need to plugins, I just can’t find which one, so thought I would check with form plugins first as you may have something or know of something?

    Sorry. your website gave no options for pre sales conversation including the URL you have provided

    Actually once I refreshed by click on submit a second time the token errors disappears.
