Reminder notification

For some year we use your fantastic plugin for one of our customers.

Now this customer want to send a reminder to their clients some days before their appointment occur.

I haven’t find any settings for this.

So I’m asking if this is possible and if so is there already a extension for this or do I have to code it myself.
