Reminder goes to spam folder

Can you please let me know which email address you are using for sending review reminders?

@danieleserra1991 what is the email address set under the “Review Reminder” settings page?

–> Review reminders are sent by CR from ‘[email protected]’. This indicates to customers that review process is independent and trustworthy. ‘From Address’ can be modified in the premium version of the plugin.

can’t change it bcz i don’t have the premium version. i guess your e-mail address goes to the spam directly.

[email protected] that comes with the plugin is properly configured to pass all SPAM checks. This is the same email address that is used by all users using the free version.

How many of your customers have experienced this? and what email domain are they under?

all of my customers in switzerland and austria -> email adress: @ (gmx.ch, gmx.at, gmail.com, gmail.de, chello.at, sunrise.ch, hotmail.de, hotmail.com)
