reminder email – formating

    Hello
    I created a text with some HTML elements for the reminder email.
    Following behavior:
    – the first test email (email to a trial order from myself) is working.
    – when sending the email the second time the formating (P-tags, breaks) got lost or they are appear in your plugin in the reminder email like follow:
    “htmlentities”Hallo {customer}”htmlentities” (the &…)
    (original <p>Hallo {customer}</p>)

    Any help how to send more than one email in the correct HTML format?

    I would like to tell you regarding your query that only one reminder mail is sent using our free version of the plugin, we will consider it as a suggestion for us to look for this feature in further updates of the plugin. And regarding the HTML issue, you are facing we are going to solve this in our next update that is scheduled for launch at the end of this week only so stay connected.

    I updated the plugin today to the new version 1.0.3
    The HTML issue still occures. When sending about 10 review emails to customers to format is ok, but then suddenly it shows the html entities again.
