reminder email button missing

    I am currently at WP ver. 4.4.1 and at Subscribe2 ver. 10.20.8. On the Plugin updates tab, it states that the current new version of Subscribe2 may not be compatible with WP 4.4.1, so I have not updated it to ver. 10.21.

    My problem is this: There used to be a “reminder email” button on the Subscribers page that I could use to sent a reminder msg. to a subscriber who had not completed the process. That button is no longer there (or at least I can’t find it). I do not wish to format the reminder email each time I want to send it out. Can you help?

    Problem solved! I just realized that I must select the wayward party from the unconfirmed list first. When I do that, the “send reminder email” button magically appears. I have to send reminders out so unfrequently that I forgot how it works.
