I was just wondering, i’m posting a lot right now and thought, “i’m creating new posts with almost the same settings” Such as category/series/thumbnail aside from a different title and minor tweaking theres not much difference.

Does anyone know if there is a plugin that allows one to save the last set-up of a post (backend) kinda like the remember me feature to login to your account? would save tons of time if somewhere out there i could find a plugin of that sort.

You can use the Duplicate Post plugin to duplicate the existing plugin and modify further.
