Remarks for questions

Hello,
First of all, thank you for creating this plug-in, which we use succesfully at work for our Events!
I have a question about the remarks or hints for questions (e.g., when asking for the telephone number the remark “Please use the format …). Such suggestions on how to answer the questions are only shown when scrolling over the question title with the mouse pointer. That means, if one does not make it, the remark/hint will be never shown to the user.
Is there a possibility for these remarks to be more visible (for instance, adding a little question mark to the sentence)?
Or another possibility would be to add a little “disclaimer” at the beginning of the registration, but as far as I know it is not possible to add a simple sentence (not a question) in the event registration. Or is it possible?
I have tried to add the disclaimer at the beginning of the page “Your Registration”, but the sentence is also showed when the attendee has to confirm his/her Information and submit the Registration, and also on the confirmation page.
I would be glad if you could offer a solution for this issue.
