    Hi,

    thanks for the great plugin.

    I am trying to set up dynamic remarketing, having followed your instructions on the linked page, and it seemed straightforward enough… except, all the traffic from that campaign is going to my home page instead of the product page that they previously visited.

    Have I missed something obvious? I have been through it all again and ant see what I have missed or done wrong.

    Any insight appreciated.

    The Pixel Manager doesn’t direct your traffic. It only measures it.

    Could you explain in more detail what the issue is? Ideally explain it with an example that we can replicate.

    OK, perhaps I need to look elsewhere then, I thought the issue might be with a setting in the plugin but obviously not.

    just to confirm (as per reading other support requests), I can use this instead of GTM, is that correct? I have all Tags paused, and tracking seems fine since, but just wondering if this has anything to do with this issue I am having now.

    Hi @hcvni ,

    Certainly. We always recommend consolidating all pixels to the Pixel Manager to prevent issues such as inaccuracy in pixel tracking, duplication of data, etc.

    Additionally, the Pixel Manager does not directly support the Google Tag Manager (GTM). It is recommended not to use the GTM alongside the Pixel Manager due to the complexity of managing both tools simultaneously.
