    Hi there,

I’m unsure whether this is an issue with your plugin, or a Woocommerce problem. But on my website, I created a product with ten tickets available – five members and five non-members. The product has seen substantial demand, but unfortunately the number of remaining tickets hasn’t been updating to customers. So even though these are nearly sold out, and I can see the transactions on my Woocommerce dashboard, it is still displaying availability to some customers. I have updated all my plugins, cleared my website’s cache, and yet am still encountering this problem on some browsers. Could you suggest why this may be?

  • Hi there,

Sorry about this issues you’re experiencing with our plugin.

This behavior may be the result of a theme/plugin conflict, but just to be sure, can you please run through the steps in this conflict testing guide: https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/k/testing-for-conflicts/

    Thanks and best regards,

    Marho
