Remaining database files despite removing Wise Chat plugin
-
I used your great Wise Chat plugin a few years ago, but then removed it after stopping weekly chats on my site. Recently I noticed that in my phpMyAdmin, there is a second database structure folder named “i58…._wp2”. It is displayed underneath the main folder.
When I open this second folder, among the 20 things I see are wp_chat_log, wp_chat_message, wp_wise_chat_actions, wp_wise_chat_bans, wp_wise_chat_channels, wp_wise_chat_channel_users and wp_wise_chat_message.
— Are all those 7 from your plugin or just the last 5 with “wise_chat” inside?
— What about the other 13 in this folder such as wp_commentmeta, wp_comments, wp_links, wp_users etc… Those same names also show up in my main database folder that is much larger. So I am confused if I can delete this whole second structure folder with 20 things inside (in case your plugin added the whole folder)? Or just remove the 7 things that I mentioned in the last paragraph? Or just the 5 things that I mentioned?
Any other recommendations on how to cleanup the leftover files from Wise Chat?
Thanks!
