Relocate the plugin settings to the media settings page?

Hi Pete, good idea. Dropping the same slider inline here ‘wp-admin/options-media.php’ is a lot cleaner.

It may be a week or two before I have time. If you happen to be a dev feel free to pull request on Github, https://github.com/mbijon/WP-Resized-Image-Quality. If not, I’ll let you know when I get to this change (and add a note/link on the plugins page so anyone with the plugin installed knows).

I’ve left the old, custom Image Quality admin page for now, but added a note that it will go away in v3.0. Any thoughts on that?
