Relocate the "Please fill the required field" to inside the text box

Hello,
As the topic states – I was hoping there was a way of either relocating the “Please fill the required field” text to within their corresponding culprit textboxes OR to remove them completely, and instead highlight the textbox red upon error.
Is this at all possible?
