I cannot lose all the work that has been set up with the plugin already

I have this problem too. https://www.catherinebookerphotography.com. It says ERR CONNECTION RESET. However, I’ve not logged into my site for days and haven’t been doing any work on it either.

Can you clarify whether you were updating the plugin version, or actually mid-save of fields themselves when your internet died?
