Reload Jetpack Tile Galleries

Hello there !

just figured out how to reload colorbox and that works beatiful, but i cant get the tile gallerie to work. I found this code snippet :

$( 'body' ).trigger( 'post-load')

and i don’t know how to use it. Can someone help a brother out ? Thank you ??
