Reload Code not working

Please help me i am using this plugin to ajaxify my wordpress site, but my other plugin does not work with this.
for example i am using flexslider at one of template but it stop working now.I have also tried to reload code as following but still does not work.
jQuery.get(‘https://localhost:8080/R-one/wp/wp-content/themes/r-one-new/library/js/jquery.flexslider-min.js?ver=4.0’, function(data) { eval(data); });
