Hi, been using Barc chat for a few weeks now. Overall, I like it. It’s very slick looking and has a lot of great built-in functionality – most notably, a TON of emoticons (which everyone likes) and the ability for users to resize the window.

I need to be able to ban users – I know this becomes available when you upgrade from the free version. However, I’m concerned about its reliability. I’ve noticed it go down several times while I had a group chat going (in fact, it’s down right now). Also, I’m a night owl and it seems like it’s almost always down late at night.

So my question is – what are you doing to address these reliability issues? Again, I like the product, but I need assurances before I start paying you money every month. Thanks in advance.

I understand you may need to do updates and maintenance periodically – but it seems to me that, since this isn’t a self-hosted chat solution, you should have backup servers or some sort of contingency plan for when things inevitably need updating or fixing.

Hey djkfunk — we’re working hard to improve stability and should have updates soon!
