  • Hi guys,
I’m getting the same message but, this time, W3 Validator marks it as error.

I don’t care (too much) about warnings but I’d like to get rid of all errors.

    Any idea? Thanks

    Hello,

found this conversation – posted 8 month ago…

I’m getting the same message now on every single site for serveral Webprojects out there: “W3 Validator marks it definitv as an red error.”

I′m sure that on my last check two weeks ago, there was no error at all on my sites. And i think errors like this i didn′t see in the year 2016 on my websites.

For our customers we deliver only error-free results. So we don’t care too much about warnings also, but we want to get rid of all errors, too.

Can somebody check it? Maybe the last Update to 4.6 is the reason?

Thanks for WordPress! I love it!

    Where are WordPress tech dudes?

For what it’s worth, the api.w.org REL attribute has been added to the microformats wiki (see: https://microformats.org/wiki/existing-rel-values#HTML5_link_type_extensions). The W3C validator simply hasn’t been updated with this most recent, valid value.
